All claims of damaged or incomplete merchandise must be made in writing within 48hrs of receipt of shipment. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges if part has been installed by purchaser. No refunds on special order or custom parts. All returns must recieve authorization from Umbrella Auto Design in writing before shipping back. If approved, refunds will take 8 weeks to process and mail out. All returns if approved are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
